A38 Traffic Management Bulletin w/c 10 March 2025

Hello and welcome to our weekly A38 Traffic Management Bulletin.
A38 Toyota Island to Little Eaton LED lighting work
Until April, we’ll be completing the LED lighting upgrade work along the A38, between Toyota Island and Little Eaton. The new LED lighting will be more energy efficient and require less maintenance in the future.
This will be carried out on weeknights, between 8pm and 6am, predominantly under slip road and lane closures, with some full carriageway closures along this stretch.
The closures for this scheme for the following 2 weeks are:
- 10 March to 14 March – Markeaton Island to Palm Ct Island northbound carriageway closure
- 17 March to 20 March – Palm Ct Island to Markeaton Island southbound carriageway closure
During closures there will be full signed diversion routes in place. Please see the attached bulletin for details.
